How to order ONLINE

How to find specific products you are looking for? 

  • Enter keyword into the search bar the top of the page (under the Main Menu)
  • Enter the product code (if known) into the appropriate field
  • Browse our Product/Brand categories (displayed on the left-hand side of our page)
  • Browse individual product categories on the front page of the shop
  • Filter based on pre-defined criteria

Is the Item in Stock?

The traffic light symbol next to each item indicates item availability:

  • Green – means item in stock and ready to ship.
  • Amber/Yellow – means item currently not available but in the process of being restocked/in back-order Availability date displayed.
  • Red – means item sold out. Options for similar or comparable items available.

In some instances it may happen that the stock item indicated in Green (in stock) actually, has an Amber or Red status in our system, meaning that the item is out of stock. In all these cases – if an order has been placed and payment has been done – will be notified in writing by one of our representatives and full refund on your payment will be immediately initiated. How do I select item(s)?

  • Simply click the “Add to Cart” button
  • If you would like to use vouchers, enter the voucher ID in the appropriate field and click “OK”
  • After you added all products to your basket click “Order”

In cases when is not accepting on-line purchases you can send us an inquiry about your request and/or your order and/or your request will be handled personally by one of our Sales Associates. You can do this either through our “Send us an inquiry” form under each product in our shop or on our “Contact form.


Prices in our shop are net, without VAT and other applicable taxes (if any). All discount deduction are already included in the displayed prices. 

Do I need to pay anything on top I already paid through check-out?

Yes. Unless agreed otherwise – or this is not shown in your Cart Total – you will need to pay the delivery costs of your item ordered to your address. This is always communicated to you in writing by one of our representatives in not more than 24 hours after your order. If accepted, than a final invoice will be provided to you by our Accounting Department . You can use the same methods for paying the difference either by card, PayPal or a bank transfer. If the delivery costs are not agreed than a full refund of your original payment will be initiated. This refund process is completely out of our control take take between minutes and several days. You will be always provided in writing with  proof of the initiation of the refund, right after the refund was initiated.

I have to register an account to order on-line?

Yes, you have to register and you have to have an account with us to order online. However, registering an account with us is a way of saving your personal details, such as delivery addresses, for future use and makes our web page even quicker and easier to use.  We never ask for your payment details, such as debit or credit card number, CVS cod and/or any other debit or credit card related details. How to order

How do I submit my order?

  • Review your order. Click “Submit Order” How to order
  • We will send you a confirmation email that your order has been received
  • We will send you a subsequent email confirming that your order has been shipped

Redeem or a Partner company voucher 

You can easily integrate your voucher or promotional code when you are in the shopping cart under “Coupon / Voucher Bonus Items”. Fill in your voucher code and click on “redeem“.

Your voucher will be added to your order. You can only redeem one voucher per order.
