Delivery Options

ZEROhomebills.com currently delivers to more than 142 countries across the globe, through the largest logistical companies like DHL, DB Schenker, UPS and TNT FEDEX to fulfill your order. At the same time for certain countries and regions we use special carriers.

The delivery to your address – if not agreed otherwise – is NOT free. If your Cart Total does not contain your delivery costs than you will be quoted and notified by mail on the delivery time and the costs associated with the delivery (marked as “Flat Rate” at your Check-Out process). Normally, this notification happens within 24 hours after your check-out and payment, unless your order requires specialised logistical solution.

Products purchased on ZEROhomebills.com are delivered mainly from our own warehouses located in United Kingdom and our two warehouses in Germany. Deliveries into United States, Canada and Mexico are mainly handled from warehouses located in California, Nevada and New Jersey.

Never mind, it does not really matters. What matters is to get your product on time as promised.

For EU Countries

Orders dispatched to countries within the European Union will be delivered between 4 and 14 working days; however in majority of the cases we do deliver the products to your address within 24-72 hours, depending on the clearance of your payment in our bank account.

For Non-EU Countries

Orders dispatched to countries outside the European Union will be delivered between 1 and 5 weeks. As our Main Logistics & Distribution Center is based in Cardiff, United Kingdom and Frankfurt, Germany delivery times to some countries may differ from those quoted above.

Delivery rates

Serving customers in more than 142 different countries means that unfortunately we cannot offer worldwide Flat Rate or Free shipping for the goods ordered. For estimated delivery rates to your country, please see Delivery Rates and Policy or contact us.

Bulky Goods and Oversized Packages

Deliveries exceeding the maximum weight and/or size and/or are considered dangerous goods (for ex. batteries or battery storage items) may require shipment by specialist carriers. In such cases, if that logistical option is not covered during your check-out we will notify you by mail or phone of the additional costs involved as wells as the estimated delivery time. Delivery Options

Express Deliveries

You want your items delivered super-fast? No problem. Express delivery is available on request. Depending on destination and weight, this service may incur costs in excess of £50-£120. depending on your location.

GENERAL DELIVERY RULES

Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and other national or public Holidays!

You will be notified about the estimated delivery time and costs to your address no later than 24 hours after your check-out process and payment. The notification on shipping and the costs associated is done via e-mail on the email address indicated under your Profile in your My Account section.  D

Please note that if your order includes items currently Not in Stock; however back order is allowed delivery may take an additional 5 to 10 working days. If a Not in Stock item or another item indicated On Stock cannot be delivered due to various reasons (for ex. becomes Out of Stock by the time of payment processing – on First ordered First Served basis) than – if not agreed otherwise in writing – your payment is immediately fully refunded to your account. 

Unforeseen logistic related expenses.

Any fees incurred by any shipping carrier due to lack of delivery information (address & or location) will automatically be billed to the customer. Please make sure you check your order confirmation to ensure accurate information has been noted.

If placing order via phone, please inform sales representative to note any shipping irregularities (which may be inaccessible to shipping carriers such as narrow driveway, rural locations, steep hills, dirt / gravel roads and missing address information and signage.)
